These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of discstylereport.com and the DISC Style Assessment (together, "the Site"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site offers a self-assessment tool, based on the DISC behavioral-style framework, along with a personalized report describing your results. It is intended for personal insight, team-building, and professional-development purposes only.
The assessment and report are self-reported and provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a psychological, medical, clinical, legal, financial, or professional evaluation of any kind, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Nothing in the assessment, the report, or the Site should be treated as a recommendation regarding hiring, promotion, termination, medical or mental health decisions, legal matters, or any other consequential decision.
Reports are purchased as a one-time payment processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive one or more single-use access codes that unlock your report. Because access is granted immediately upon redemption, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Access codes are for your own use (or, for gifts and team bundles, for the specific recipients you designate) and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.
You agree not to: misuse, resell, or attempt to circumvent the access-code system; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
If you purchase a multi-seat/team bundle, a private dashboard link is generated to show redemption progress. Individual results only appear on that dashboard if the person who took the assessment chooses, from their own results screen, to opt in and share. Anyone with a team dashboard link should treat it as they would a password, since possessing the link is what grants access.
The assessment, report content, design, and underlying materials are owned by discstylereport.com. Purchasing a report grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use your own report; it does not grant any right to copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative products from the assessment or report content.
The Site, the assessment, and the report are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results or report will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Use of the Site, the assessment, and the report is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, discstylereport.com and its owner/operator are not responsible or liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting — directly or indirectly — from your use of the Site, the assessment, or the report, or from any information contained in them. This includes, without limitation, any personal, professional, business, employment, financial, or relationship decisions made on the basis of your results. In no event will discstylereport.com's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site exceed the amount you actually paid us for the report giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold discstylereport.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
The Site relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing and GoatCounter for analytics. Your use of those services in connection with the Site is also subject to their own respective terms and policies.
We may update these Terms, or modify or discontinue the Site or any part of it, at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico.
